Registration and Enrolment
The Hotel Management School of Galicia (CSHG) has opened the enrolment period for the 2025/2026 academic year. This call is aimed at all candidates wishing to begin their studies in the Advanced Chef Course in Culinary Arts and Pastry.

ADMISSION PROCESS
This process consists of four steps:
1. Initial Application. Applicants must complete the registration form, which can be filled out on a computer (DOWNLOAD HERE). The completed and signed form must be sent to the following email address: preadmision@cshg.es.
2. Personal Interview. Once the registration form has been received, applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be invited to a personal interview, which may be conducted online or in person. This is an opportunity to get to know the candidate better and for the candidate to ask questions and seek clarification as needed.
3. Application Outcome. The admissions committee will evaluate the application based on the submitted documentation and the interview. The decision will be communicated to the applicant within two weeks.
4. Reservation of Place. Admitted candidates must pay €411.28 within ten days of their acceptance. This amount will be deducted from the total course fee upon enrolment.
