The tourism information generated from the activities carried out by the Galicia Tourism Agency is subject to intellectual property rights and is protected under the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April.
The acquisition and compilation of this information by the Galicia Tourism Agency are carried out with the highest level of reliability permitted by current technology, providing this service according to the available resources at any given time.
The information made available through this application is offered free of charge to the public, allowing its unrestricted use. The only requirement is to explicitly credit the Galicia Tourism Agency as the source whenever the information is used for purposes other than personal and private use.
The Galicia Tourism Agency accepts no liability for any damages that may arise from the interpretation or use of the information made available to the public through the application.
The Galicia Tourism Agency does not guarantee the continuous availability of all tourism-related information on the website and reserves the right to modify, add, or remove content at any time.
On the website of the Centro Superior de Hostelería, users can fill in a registration form offering various ways to learn about the centre: virtual tours, on-site visits to the CSHG, and presentations in hotels and at education fairs.
On the other hand, all students wishing to begin their studies in the Hospitality Business Management degree at the University of Santiago de Compostela, once they have applied and their place has been approved, can download the enrolment form available within the portal.
Within the portal itself, there is the option to access the “Virtual Campus,” which is the CSHG's training platform where students can view all the courses in which they are registered. Once students have been registered on the campus using the aforementioned email address, their login credentials will be sent automatically.

This website only collects personal data provided by users who wish to register to learn about the Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia. Additionally, within the website, the enrolment form can be found; however, it must be processed physically at the centre rather than through the portal.

- CSHG visit form: compliance with a mission carried out in the public interest, based on Law 7/2011 of 27 October on Tourism in Galicia and Decree 196/2012 of 27 September, which establishes the Galicia Tourism Agency and approves its statutes.

Use of Languages
Article 13 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations guarantees the exercise of linguistic rights recognised by the legal framework, particularly those concerning the use of Galician in interactions between citizens and the public administration of Galicia. For these purposes, the Portal will provide access to its content and services in at least Galician and Spanish.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For any disputes or matters related to the Portal, Spanish law shall apply, and the courts and tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela shall have jurisdiction over all conflicts arising from or related to the use of this Portal.
