The Monday, 5 October, began the activity the 76 new students of direction hotelera and management in kitchen, that delivered by the distinct theoretical classrooms and practical of Services and Kitchen. In the building of restaurants the professors work with teams of 4 and 5 members that keep the distances of security and use in each moment the masks. In the classrooms of the building of theory, the classes do not reach the 20 users, that use always the same chair and table and are to a distance of more than metre and half. In the residence, with double and individual rooms, only allows a student by each stay. And they keep the same protocols and measures of security that in the rest of the campus. They allow the visits in the chambers, so much of other students as of foráneos, but only a person in each moment. And they take him the data and the corporal temperature to all the visitors, so much those that go to the residence like which go to the rest of buildings. This will facilitate the communication of cases to the sanitary authorities if it knows or produces some contagion of COVID 19 in any one of the users of the CSHG or of the people that were in contact. All those that work and study in the CSHG have received teleformación on the measures and the protocols to be followed, between them, what has to do in case of contagion. Three stages
